Charlie Temple's head office is located in the Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam. This unique structure has been awarded UNESCO World Heritage status. It is an amazing building constructed entirely of concrete, steel and glass. Designed for entrepreneurship, this location is bursting with creative and enterprising companies. It is also an event location so every work day is like a party! With so much to offer, it is no wonder that Charlie Temple chose this location for its offices.

Grayspace was responsible for the full realisation of the office spaces. With the exception of a few solid walls, the entire floor is divided by glass walls. This creates a feeling of transparency and also clearly references Charlie Temple's products and the legacy of the building itself.

In addition to taking care of the entire interior, we also optimised all the installations to ensure compliance with the wishes of today and the environmental requirements. We delivered this project turnkey, removing all the worry and hassle for the client and guaranteeing our customary quality standards.
