Feel and ratio go hand in hand with your choice of location
The right location can make a big difference to your business. It not only has an impact on the daily operation, the results and the state of mind of your employees, but also on your brand image.
By working with our clients we see the importance of the employee experience, retaining and attracting talent rapidly increasing. These requirements are more often given as a top priority in the set of requirements that we compile for them.
That raises many questions. How accessible are you to your customers, suppliers and employees? Is everyone going to the new location? What talent is available in the area? What infrastructure for data connections and internet access are available? How safe is the environment? Is there a gym nearby? A coffee shop? A bar for after work? And of course: what are the costs?
There are countless other topics that play a part in your choice of location. We know the market, prepare the search together with you, help with the pre-selection and ensure that you can compare apples to apples.
Of all conditions, 'design' is perhaps given the least priority in most requirements packages. This is not justified if you ask us, because the design and style of your office has a major impact on your brand image and employee experience. Your office can be a great tool for your branding. It is also interesting to know which other businesses are active in the area. Are you allowed to adapt the new space to your brand at no extra cost? Does the new location make you proud enough to post photos on your website and have people post on social media? If the answer to these questions is negative, you may want to consider a different setup.
