Founded in 2015, Urban Industrial invests in logistics real estate in the major conurbation in the Netherlands. Affiliated with one of the largest American pension funds, Urban Industrial has a long-term vision and growth ambitions.

In the first six months of 2019, these ambitions were translated into a new office that stylishly reflects the corporate image – and of course the name – of Urban Industrial, in high-calibre surroundings.

The industrial image perfectly balances the functionality and comfort of the work environment, with the well-being of the employees as a key priority.

Heyligers Architecten was responsible for this fantastic design, which is exemplary of how to transform an industrial building into an amazing office space. Grayspace, together with Heyligers and its partners, was delighted to contribute to the extremely successful end result.
