These were precisely the challenges facing MMZ Properties when De Persgroep relocated to another site in early 2020 and the Number One building at the NDSM-wharf in Amsterdam had to be made ready to welcome new tenants as quickly as possible.

Grayspace was commissioned to advise and ensure MMZ Properties experienced a worry-free renovation that was necessary to make Number One more sustainable and ready for rental within three months.
