Merin rents office space throughout the Netherlands, including the impressive Crystal Building. As an expression of our belief, the ground floor of both towers acts as the social heart of the building and offers a space to socialise, enjoy a delicious lunch and relax.

Merin commissioned us to prepare the seventh floor in both towers for rent. In the context of sustainability, all the existing lighting was converted to LED lighting and the climate control system has been optimised to satisfy all current wishes and requirements. The offices are completely ready for the new tenants to move in and put their own personal stamp on the space.
