Forma Fund engaged our services to fully optimise the vacant floors on the ground floor and first floor and increase the sustainability of the space for future tenants. We stripped out the floors completely before starting an ambitious programme of full renovation.

A palette of light colours combined with sleek, contemporary materials such as the cast concrete floor and black interior frames, accentuate the characteristic nature of the building. The custom-made pantry is finished in black to create a clear contrast with the surrounding light space and give it all the attention it deserves.

In addition to all the visible features, all the existing lighting was converted to LED lighting in the framework of sustainability. The climate control system was also upgraded to meet all current wishes and requirements.
